Due to the lack of protection afforded by motorcycles as compared to other vehicles, riders face enormous danger each and every time they take to the road. When you combine that inherent danger with the absence of a helmet, high speeds, and/or alcohol use, the potential for a serious injuries or fatalities becomes even greater. –McCormick & Murphy, P.C.
